Job Purpose:

To provide meticulous and detailed cleaning services to our clients across various environments. This role demands compassion for team members and clients, striving to deliver the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning residential, commercial, short-term rental, and post-construction environments using company-provided tools and solutions.

• Completing walkthroughs and checklists to ensure service standards.

• Working collaboratively to identify and meet property cleaning needs.

• Self-directed task completion and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Experience in the cleaning industry preferred.

• Compassionate, with a strong work ethic and team spirit.

• Self-motivated with good communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Performance Expectations:

• Adherence to cleaning instructions and team communication.

• Punctuality and a willingness to learn and grow in both team and solo settings.

• Starting pay of $18/hour with potential for a $2 raise post 60-day probation.
